What a joy it is to introduce you to our church! You'll discover that our passion is to provide a place where people just like you can worship, enjoy fellowship and most of all, experience with God.
As a Pastor of 14 plus years, it has always been my goal:
- To help those who attend to get connected through worship to expand their faith in God, and to gain a better understanding of forgiveness and grace found through Jesus Christ.
- To expand one’s understanding that God has created each of us with a divine purpose and destiny to fulfill their lives through their prayers, works, talents and gifts.
- To guide those who become active in the church, to take the next step of becoming a member of our church family and to help you discover the next steps to walk in God’s will here at Howarth.
At the Howarth United Methodist Church, our doors are open to people from all backgrounds, regardless of where they are in their spiritual journey. Just come as you are and together we will share our Christian journey through our down to earth teaching, heart-felt worship, honest friendships, constant prayer, and compassionate care for those in need. In short, we'd like to have the kind of contagious Christianity that can influence and encourage the entire community, one life at a time.
So whether you're a spiritual seeker who's just starting to ask questions about God, or a committed Christian who wants to use your gifts in guiding others to the life changing experience found in Jesus Christ, you can find a home here at the Howarth United Methodist Church.
